GYMNIOSES MARKET IN CHILE is highly competitive and atomized. They started working with GM in 2016. They have 23 locations in which customer experience is measured.

The goal was to maintain a high standard towards customers and a homogeneous performance through the different locations. For that they began to measure the full experience of the gym including: teachers, machines, environment, hosts and bathrooms.

Better control of experience in each of its locations and reduction of variability through the different locations. The performance of each location is included in the remuneration of the equipment and thus remain connected to their customers.
